ZUCCHINI APPETIZER 
4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. Crisco oil
3/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1 sweet pepper, grated
3/8 tsp. each salt and pepper
2 tbsp. each parsley, basil, fresh thyme and dillweed
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 jalapeno pepper, grated
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano

Mix everything together by hand about 15 minutes. Bake in 350 degree oven (13x9 inch pan) 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and cut into 2x1 inch pieces. May be frozen.
