ZUCCHINI APPETIZER 
3 c. thinly sliced unpared zucchini (about 4 sm.)
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley or parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash of pepper
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix together and spread in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake until golden brown about 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into 2 x 1 inch squares. Makes about 4 dozen.
