ORANGE MUFFINS 
3 c. flour
1 c. Crisco oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. orange juice
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix and pour into muffin tins with papers. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
