LAZY SUSAN 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
Pinch salt
3 tbsp. baking powder (yes, 3 tablespoons)
2/3 c. milk
29 oz. can sliced peaches or other canned fruit, drained

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sift together in bowl flour, sugar, salt and powder. Add milk to the dry ingredients. Mix and pour over batter. Drain fruit and lay the fruit over the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until lightly browned.
