OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 sm. bag Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
16 oz. Cool Whip

Crush Oreo cookies (all but 6) and put in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Melt butter and pour over Oreo cookies. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Prepare instant pudding (pie directions). Pour over Oreos. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 8 ounces Cool Whip. Beat with mixer until creamy. Pour over pudding. Spread remaining 8 ounces Cool Whip on top. Crush 6 Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top. May substitute with mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate 2 hours or longer before serving.
