OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
15 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
2/3 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. size Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
2 1/4 c. milk

Crush Oreo cookies into crumbs and mix with 2/3 stick butter. Reserve 1/2 cup. Press rest into bottom of 9 x 13 dish to form crust.

Mix together: cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1/2 container Cool Whip. Mix instant pudding with 2 1/4 cups milk. Spread over crust. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup crumbs over top. Chill thoroughly before serving.
