1 box yellow cake mix, butter recipe
4 eggs
1 box reg. size vanilla instant pudding
1 bar German sweet chocolate, grated, semi sweet
1/4 c. sifted XXXX sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. vegetable oil (Wesson)
6 oz. chocolate chips

Combine cake mix, milk, eggs, oil and dry pudding. Beat until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips and grated German chocolate except 1/4 cup of grated chocolate. Pour into greased and floured tube or fluted pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and mix sugar and 1/4 cup grated chocolate and sprinkle on top.
