LIGHT PUMPKIN BREAD | |
1 lg. can pumpkin pie filling 3 c. sugar 1 c. Butter Buds & 2 tbsp. butter 4 eggs (using egg beaters substitute) 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. nutmeg 2/3 c. water 2 tsp. baking soda 3 1/2 c. plain flour Sift dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Makes 4 small or 2 medium loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or more. |
