SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE | |
1/2 c. soft butter 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 c. milk 4 slices bread, broken in cube size pieces 3 lg. eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into 8 x 8 inch pan (or 2 quart casserole). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (Good accompaniment for ham.) |
