CRANBERRY CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing (can use lo-cal, if preferred)
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 pkg. onion soup mix
4 to 6 chicken breasts or boneless breasts or 1 to 1 1/2 lb. stir-fry chicken

Mix all 3 ingredients in a bowl. Put chicken in 13 x 9 x 2 casserole dish. Pour cranberry mixture over chicken.

Bake 1 hour (or more if needed) at 350°F (uncovered).
