CRANBERRY CHICKEN | |
1 (16 oz.)) can whole cranberry sauce 1 (8 oz.) bottle Henri's French dressing or equal (no low-calorie) 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken parts Combine in bowl cranberry sauce, salad dressing and soup mix. Rinse chicken, pat dry and remove skin. Arrange pieces in a 13x9x2 inch pan or baking dish. Pour cranberry mixture over chicken and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, covering pan. Bake chicken uncovered in 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours, stirring glaze and spooning it over chicken several times. |
