CRANBERRY CHICKEN 
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast, boneless
1 regular size bottle catalina dressing
1 can cranberry sauce (whole berries)
1 envelope onion soup mix

Mix Catalina dressing, cranberries, 1/2 onion soup mix together. Put a little sauce on bottom of pan. Put chicken on sauce, then finish by topping chicken with sauce. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Then take off cover and bake another 15 minutes at 375 to 400 degrees. This recipe goes well with rice.
