BAKED POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. chopped green onion, use tops too
3/4 c. melted butter, divided
12 oz. sour cream or plain low fat yogurt plus 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch mixed with yogurt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar Cheez Whiz, sm. size and microwaveable
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Put hash browns in colander to thaw. Mix onion with potatoes. Mix together 1/2 of melted butter, sour cream (yogurt), chicken soup and Cheez Whiz. Mix in potatoes and onions. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over top and drizzle 1/2 of butter over flakes. Bake in casserole dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees without cover. Cover later if needed.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
