CHEESY TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
10 med. to lg. baking potatoes
1 stick butter
Seasoned salt
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 c. milk (more if needed)
2 c. shredded cheese

Microwave potatoes until done. Cut potatoes in half. With spoon remove potato down to shell (be cautious). Place potatoes in large mixing bowl; add milk, butter, seasoned salt, sour cream and Parmesan cheese.

Make mashed potatoes with mixer. Place potato shells on baking sheet. With spoon, scoop and fill potato shells with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Add shredded cheese to tops of potatoes. Melt cheese and serve. Add 1 bacon slice to each potato (optional). Leftovers can be frozen and reheated in microwave. You can't eat just one!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
