HOT CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed for 30 minutes
1 c. diced onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

Stir all ingredients together in large bowl. Place in buttered 9 x 13 inch dish. Place layer of crushed chips on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
