CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
2 c. Velveeta, cut up
1 bunch green onions, cut up
16 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter, cut up
1 can cream of celery soup

Mix hash browns, onions, sour cream, cream of celery soup. Put in baking dish (9 x 13 inch). Top with Velveeta and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Stir. Then bake another 1/2 hour. It's great for those parties where you're asked to bring a covered dish.
