K'S CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. bell pepper, diced
2 eggs
1 c. shallots
1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. Lea & Perrin
1 can Rotel
2 cans tomato sauce
1 lg. cabbage

Except for Rotel and tomato sauce, mix all other ingredients. Set aside. Boil cabbage whole for 5 minutes. Drain cabbage and cool. Remove all leaves. Place about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture on leaf and wrap tightly. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a deep pot, and place cabbage rolls evenly in pot. Add water, just to cover the top of cabbage rolls. Then add Rotel and tomato sauce. Cook for about 2 hours until almost all water is gone.
