CHARM CAKE (OLD-TIME) 
1 (12 oz.) box Vanilla Wafers
2 cans Angel Flake coconut (2 c.)
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Add 1 egg at a time. Grind vanilla wafers. Fold in wafers, coconut, nuts, and milk; bake in greased and floured angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and let cool completely before removing from pan.
