WILTED SPINACH SALAD 
4 c. fresh spinach leaves
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted in dry skillet
3 tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard

Wash and dry spinach leaves. Put in bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bring to boil oil, vinegar, salt, and mustard and quickly. Pour over spinach. Toss and serve.
