WILTED SPINACH SALAD 
6 c. fresh spinach (pieces)
1/4 c. green onion, sliced
2 boiled eggs, chopped
5 slices bacon, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine spinach and eggs in large bowl. Cook bacon and onion. Remove from pan and drain. Mix the vinegar, water, salt and pepper with 3 tablespoons bacon drippings.

Heat to boiling, stirring. Pour over spinach, toss. Serve at once. Serves 4 to 6.
