SHRIMP EN CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. curry powder
Few grains cayenne sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1 2/3 c. whole milk
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 c. cooked, cleaned shrimp
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in saucepan. Saute celery, green pepper and onion in butter. Add flour, salt, curry powder, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco, mixing well. Add melted cream cheese and milk and cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thick. Remove from heat and add shrimp. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve over fluffy white rice.
