STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
4 thick Pork Chops
2 c. Bread Crumbs
1/4 c. melted Butter
1/4 tsp. Poultry Seasoning
2 tbsp. Minced Onion
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 c. Water
Dash Pepper

Make pockets in chops. Combine bread crumbs, melted butter, salt, poultry seasoning, onion and pepper. Fill pockets; fasten with toothpicks. Brown chops over low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add water. Cover and simmer one hour.
