ADOBO 
2-3 lb. pork roast
1/2 c. vinegar or wine
Cloves from 1 bulb garlic
2 c. water

Cover and cook in oven 2-3 hours at 350 degrees. Cool. Pull meat apart. Simmer in liquid on top of stove or in oven.

Serve as you would BBQ (sprinkle with Tabasco sauce if desired). Plain or on buns.
