CHICKEN ADOBO 
1 chicken
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Pour all ingredients in a pot, simmer 1/2 hour. Boil 20 minutes until tender. Reduce heat to low, turn and stir until done and little juice is left. Serve over rice.
