CHICKEN ADOBO 
1 whole chicken, cut in bigger than bite-size pieces

MARINATE: (Add chicken to marinate in large pot)
1/2 tsp. peppercorn
1 bay leaf
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oregano
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Cover pot and cook on low heat for 1/2 hour. Remove chicken and deep fry. Return chicken to marinate. Serve on top of steamed rice.
