CHICKEN AND PORK ADOBO 
1 chicken
1 lb. lean pork
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 garlic clove - lg.
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
Dash of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cut meat into desired size pieces. Wash and drain.

2. Place meats in pan with all remaining ingredients.

3. Cover with enough water to prevent burning; bring to boil then allow to simmer for at least 1 hour or until tender. Very good with rice.
