CHICKEN ADOBO 
4-5 lbs. chicken thighs
3 lg. cloves garlic, crushed
22 pepper corns
2 lg. bay leaves
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soy sauce

Mix 6 ingredients and cook on high heat for 20 minutes. Add salt; simmer for 5 minutes. Drain half of the liquid from pot; add soy sauce. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until tender.
