PORK ADOBO 
2 lb. pork
2 bay leaves
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
4 cloves garlic
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Cut fat off from pork. Fry fat. In bowl mix lean meat and all other ingredients. After fat is browned, drain oil and add mixed ingredients in saucepan. Simmer until liquid is almost gone.
