HOT SPINACH HORS D'OEUVRES 
4 (10 oz. each) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
4 c. herb stuffing
2 lg. onions, diced
8 eggs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. thyme
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper

Thaw spinach and squeeze out all liquid. Mix all ingredients together and chill 2 hours or more. Then roll mixture into balls the size of large walnuts. Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use. Bake about 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
