MRS. PASTOR'S HOT POTATO SALAD 
9 med. potatoes, cooked and diced
1/4 lb. American cheese
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
4 slices bacon, partially fried and diced
4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 med. onion, diced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced thin
Dash or so of pepper
Dash or so of garlic salt
Dash or so of celery salt

In large, flat, casserole dish. Mix potatoes, onion, eggs and cheese. Mix in bowl the mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, pepper and garlic and celery salt. Add to first mixture, tossing well. Top with bacon and olives. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees.

This may be made ahead and left in warm oven for several hours before serving.
