ANGEL BISCUITS 
5 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk

Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in Crisco with pastry cutter or knives. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to buttermilk, dry ingredients. Mix well.

Roll out 1/2" thick and cut with round biscuit cutter. Brush both sides with melted butter. Fold in half. Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees about 15 minutes.

To Freeze: Place on wax paper and freeze. Put in freezer bag. Take out and bake as many as you need.
