SHRIMP MARINARA | |
2 lbs. raw shrimp with shells, cleaned and deveined 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 tsp. minced fresh basil or dried basil 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/2 c. finely chopped green onion or yellow onion 1 c. chicken stock or clam broth (Or 1 pound frozen cleaned raw shrimp). Heat oil and cook the shrimp and garlic briefly, for about 3 minutes, just until the shrimp turns pink. Stir the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, and simmer for about two minutes. Serve hot over spaghetti, noodles, or rice. |
