SICILIAN SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. cooked egg noodles

Brown meat, add onions; cook until tender. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper; simmer 5 minutes.

Heat milk and cream cheese; blend well. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, green pepper and cooked noodles.

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, alternate layers of noodles and meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
