2 pkgs. refrigerated unbaked chocolate chip dough
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 c. sugar

Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with 1 package of sliced cookie dough. Beat cream cheese, eggs, and sugar. Pour over cookie batter. Top with remaining package of sliced cookie dough. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Refrigerate overnight. Store in refrigerator.
