PECAN STIX 
Melt 2 squares chocolate with 1/2 cup butter and cool. Beat 2 eggs until frothy, add 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup flour, then 1/2 cup nutmeats and chocolate mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

BUTTER CREAM FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cream or evaporated milk

Spread on baked layer and chill.

GLAZE:

2 sq. chocolate
2 tbsp. butter

Melt and pour on one end of pan and let it slide over frosting.
