PORK CHOPS AND SAUERKRAUT | |
Salt, pepper and flour enough pork chops or pork steaks for your family. Brown in oil. Remove meat; drain oil. Add 1 or 2 cans of sauerkraut and juice. Top with sliced onions and peeled potatoes. Put pork chops on top. Add water and cover with lid. Cook slowly for 1 hour. Best served with blackeyed peas, cornbread and buttermilk! |
