PORK CHOPS WITH SAUERKRAUT 
1/2 c. - 1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Dash of vinegar (or burgundy)
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Chopped fine onion (optional)

Wash and drain sauerkraut and place in bottom of baking dish. Lace kraut with BBQ Sauce. Brown chops and place on sauerkraut. Coat with more BBQ Sauce and sprinkle with crumbs or stuffing mix. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
