CONEY ISLAND PORK CHOPS 
4 Pork Chops or Pork Cutlets
1 1 lb bag of Sabrett sauerkraut
1 1 lb bag of Sabrett onions in sauce
Gulden's Spicy Mustard

Mix together the bags of sauerkraut and mustard in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Cover both sides of pork chops with spicy mustard and place on top of sauerkraut mixture. Cook at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
