LOW FAT CHOCOLATE MERINGUE PIE 
1 1/2 c. of graham cracker crumbs
2 1/2 tbsp. honey

Combine and press into 9 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. (Spray pan with Pam, first.)

6 tbsp. cocoa powder
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour or 3 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. of skim milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine the sugar, cocoa, flour and salt. Scald milk, stir in a little at a time. Place in microwave. Cook 4 minutes. Stir, cook 4 more minutes. Stir and put in vanilla. Cook until thick.

Meringue:

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
6 tbsp. sugar

Beat eggs with cream of tartar and the 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla until the mixture forms soft peaks. Add the sugar 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until glossy and stiff peaks. Spread over filling. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
