BROCCOLI-CHEESE DELIGHT 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute onion and celery in butter; cook broccoli until tender in a small amount of water; drain and add mushrooms, onion and celery to broccoli. In saucepan melt 4 tablespoons butter, blend in flour, salt and a dash of pepper. Add milk, cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Reduce heat, blend in cream cheese until smooth. Pour half of sauce mixture into broccoli, then pour into greased casserole. Pour the rest of sauce mix over broccoli, sprinkle shredded cheese and bread crumbs on top. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
