IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. sliced, peeled tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. baking mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter, softened

STREUSEL:

1 c. baking mix
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Mix until crumbly and sprinkle on top of pie.

Mix apples and spices. Put in greased 10 inch pie pan. Blend next 5 ingredients in blender. Pour over apples. Sprinkle on streusel. Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until a knife put in center comes out clean.
