IMPOSSIBLE FRENCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. sliced tart apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick

TOPPING:

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter

Glass pan, greased well. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix apples and spices. pour into pan. Beat other ingredients until well blended. Pour over apple mixture.

Mix topping until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 325 degrees until knife comes out clean, 55-65 minutes.
