YOGURT CREAM | |
3 (6 oz.) plain yogurt 1/2 pt. whipped cream 9 oz. Demerara sugar 1 (1 lb.) can pineapple or 1 (1 lb.) can apricot slices or 1 lb. fresh strawberries Put fruit in deep serving bowl. In separate bowl, place yogurt and fold in cream. Pour over fruit and sprinkle sugar evenly. Chill in refrigerator for 24 hours. |
