CELERY IN SUNDAY BEST 
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash of oregano
1 bunch celery

Blend tomato paste with cream cheese and oregano, add mustard if mixture is dry. Separate celery stalks; wash each piece and pat dry. Stuff celery with cheese mixture. Press stalks together to form original bunch shape; wrap in waxed paper. Chill for 3 to 4 hours. Slice horizontally across entire bunch in 1/4" slices; arrange on tray. Garnish with celery leaves or parsley bunches. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
