CELERY LOAF 
1 c. nuts, almonds or pecans, chopped
2 c. tomato juice
6 slices wheat bread crumbs
4 eggs
2 c. fine cut celery
2 tbsp. butter
Onion juice, salt, pepper

Mix together, put in casserole. Bake 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve cut in squares with following:

CURRY SAUCE:

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in saucepan, add 1 onion finely chopped, cook until soft. Add 1 small bay leaf, pinch of thyme. Stir in 2 teaspoons curry powder mixed with 3 tablespoons flour. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups hot chicken stock and cook, stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper, simmer 15 minutes, then stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream.
