1 bunch watercress, in bite size pieces
4 c. mixed greens, broken into bite size pieces
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. bacon bits
1/2 c. sliced radishes

DRESSING:

2 celery stalks, cut into 1/2" pieces
2 green onions, cut into 1" lengths
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. cider vinegar
4 tsp. vinegar

In large salad bowl, combine salad ingredients in food processor or electric blender, puree dressing ingredients and pour over salad and toss to coat.
