TUNA AND CELERY CASSEROLE | |
1 can tuna in oil 1 onion, sliced 1 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 c. sliced mushrooms 1 can tomatoes or 4 fresh 2 tsp. sugar Salt and pepper Drain the tuna put oil in saucepan. Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in tuna oil for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes cook another 5 minutes. Stir in sugar, tuna and season to taste. Put in casserole dish, cover cook 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. |
