TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1/2 c. chopped green peppers 2 tbsp. butter 1 can or 1 lb. stewed tomatoes 1 c. rice 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. instant minced onions 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna Saute green peppers and butter. Drain tomatoes and reserve juice. Add water to juice to make 2 1/2 cups liquid. Add tomatoes, liquid, rice, salt and onions. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until juice is used up. Add tuna and heat through. |
