APPLE PIE 
Pastry for 9", double crust pie
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
6 med. size tart fresh apples
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour

Blend together the 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, cinnamon and salt. Toss lightly with apples. Spoon into pastry lined pan. Combine and sprinkle over pie filling. Cover with top crust and cut slits in top of crust. Bake at 350 degrees about 35-40 minutes.
