APPLE OAT CRISP 
4 c. chopped tart apples
1/2 c. flour
1 c. oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Work the last 6 items with a pastry blender or finger tips. Spread apples in bottom of a baking dish, sprinkle with topping.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
